Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth by working closely with our marketing team to manage campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and expand revenue within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong client relationships, finding upselling opportunities, and ensuring the success of joint marketing efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Revenue Growth & Upselling: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling CyberlinkASP’s expanding suite of cloud services to existing clients.

 

  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and manage campaigns aimed at driving new revenue and uncovering opportunities to expand within the customer base.

 

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, fostering strong, trust-based relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.

 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans aligned with marketing initiatives, ensuring the achievement of revenue and campaign objectives.

 

  • Solution Advisory: Understand client needs to recommend solutions that align with their business goals and maximize their investment in our services.

 

  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including support and technical staff, to ensure smooth service delivery and effective campaign execution.

 

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly track and report on account performance, campaign results, and revenue growth, addressing any issues proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on revenue generation and upselling.
  • Experience collaborating with marketing teams to create and execute successful revenue-driven campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing and managed IT services, including virtual desktop hosting and ERP system management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic approach to sales and relationship-building.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 

Location Preference:

Dallas-based candidates are preferred for on-site collaboration and office presence.

Remote candidates will be considered based on experience and the ability to manage and grow client relationships effectively.
