About Your Role:
Spectrotel is seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you will work closely with the VP of Marketing in driving marketing initiatives and strategies that empower our Channel partners to achieve sales success. You will collaborate across sales, product, and marketing teams to create and implement programs that enhance partner engagement, accelerate revenue growth, and reinforce the brand in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in field marketing, partner enablement, or channel strategy, with experience developing and managing programs that drive partner engagement and sales opportunities. While telecom experience is a plus, we welcome candidates with expertise in B2B industries and a track record of success in creating impactful campaigns, co-marketing initiatives, and partner-focused content. This hands-on role requires creativity, collaboration, and the ability to generate effective marketing materials across Spectrotel’s extensive product and service portfolio.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution
• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and partner growth goals.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to design partner enablement programs and campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for co-marketing activities, incentives, and partner success stories.
Partner Engagement and Enablement
• Design and deliver tailored marketing resources, tools, and campaigns for Channel partners.
• Foster strong relationships with key partners to understand their needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
• Organize and manage partner training sessions, webinars, and events to enhance alignment.
Campaign Management and Analysis
• Lead the development of partner-facing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Ensure all marketing efforts are brand-compliant and reflect the company's value proposition.
Collaboration and Communication
• Act as a liaison between the marketing and Channel sales teams to align objectives.
• Regularly communicate program updates, results, and best practices to internal and external stakeholders.
• Leverage insights from partner feedback and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in channel marketing, partner marketing, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and Channel partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience developing and executing co-marketing initiatives and MDF programs.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Preferred Skills and Attributes:
• Experience in B2B technology, telecom, or managed services industries.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE, or related connectivity solutions is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate unique and compelling campaigns.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving partner success.
