Position Overview:

The National Channel Manager is responsible for developing, nurturing, and expanding relationships with channel partners. This role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and the recruitment of new partners to achieve organizational objectives. Representing the full spectrum of the company’s products and services, the National Channel Manager ensures successful engagement and growth within their assigned partners and territory.

What You Will Do:

  • Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner base.
  • Management of resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner base.
  • Develop a plan to ensure 100% of partners in your base are aware of Ntegrated, our products and services.
  • Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
  • Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated partner base.
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability production monthly.
  • Completes partner business plans that meet company standards.
  • Maintains high partner satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
  • Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
  • Assist in commission escalations.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with all clients and Channel Partners.
  • Work with marketing on an effective and consistent communication plan on One Tier products and services.
  • Holding the individual business units involved in the sales cycle accountable for meeting SLAs.
  • Assist in training and educating clients on Ntegrated products and services.
  • Assist in the creation of sales proposals for growth opportunities and changes in technology.
  • Create relationships to gather references and recommendations from verticalized clients.
  • Consult on telecommunication and IT projects for clients’ current and future business needs.
